These terms cover orders placed with House of Cheeseboards, a House of Indulgence kitchen. Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes. Every board contains milk, tree nuts and gluten. Indian law applies, with courts in New Delhi.
Ordering
An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send you an order number. Delivery dates and windows depend on your area and the cutoff at the time you pay.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in INR and include taxes. Delivery fees are shown before you pay. Boards are made with seasonal produce, so individual items may vary while the size and style of the board stay the same. A board may be sold out on some days.
Allergens
Every board contains milk, tree nuts and gluten. We cannot guarantee a nut-free kitchen. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering.
Perishable goods
Boards are perishable. Keep them refrigerated and eat them the day they arrive. We are not responsible for quality after delivery if a board is not stored as advised. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
