We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order: names, phone numbers, email, address and order details. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not sell personal data, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email.
- The recipient's name, mobile number and delivery address.
- Order details, including the gift message and delivery date.
Why we collect it
To make, deliver and support your order, and to reply to your questions.
Payments
Card, UPI and net banking payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share delivery details only with the rider or courier carrying your order.
Deletion and questions
To see or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp.
We handle personal data in line with Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
